Position: Pastry Cook

About: Lawry’s, a high-end dining establishment, is seeking a Pastry Cook to join their team. The Pastry Cook will be responsible for producing, measuring, and mixing ingredients, preparing bakery products, and ensuring guest satisfaction while adhering to food safety policies and kitchen standards at Lawry’s.

Requirements: A minimum of 1-2 years prior experience as a prep cook or pastry cook in a high-volume kitchen is required; Consistently follow and execute recipes, preparation methods, and portion control procedures in a fast, high-volume environment; Above average knife skills, station organization, ability to handle pressure, and teamwork; Commitment to heart of house excellence; Current Food Handler’s card; Availability for evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
