Position: Pastry Cook 2
About: Casino Del Sol is currently seeking a Pastry Cook 2 to join the Food and Beverage department. The role involves assisting in the preparation of desserts and end-of-meal treats, such as cakes, cookies, and pies, with a focus on executing recipes meticulously and ensuring high-quality plating of desserts.
Requirements: High school or General Equivalency Diploma required; six (6) months of job-related experience in a similar environment; valid Food Handler’s card and ServSafe certification required within three (3) months of employment; demonstrated reliability and responsiveness; willingness to work varied shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime; eligibility to work in the U.S.; ability to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license
