Position: Pastry Cook 2
About: Omni Hotels, a renowned hotel chain, is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Pastry Cook to join their team. The Pastry Cook will be responsible for preparing a variety of sweet items, pastries, cakes, fruit compotes, breads, chocolates, and more for all outlets, banquets, and amenities while upholding standard recipes and controlling food costs efficiently.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary or pastry certification preferred; proven experience in pastry preparation and production; strong knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients; ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
