Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; previous kitchen supervisory experience preferred; ability to follow recipes and operate standard kitchen equipment; good knife and equipment skills; strong judgment, initiative, and teamwork; adaptability to change and new situations; ability to maintain food quality under pressure and make quick decisions for guest satisfaction; effective communication and interpersonal skills; punctuality, regular attendance, and ability to work well in a team; may require night, weekend, and overtime shifts
