Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a 4 Diamond or 4 Star hotel or restaurant; solid knife handling skills and pastry knowledge; ability to calculate recipe yields, serving size, weight, and temperature conversion; positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
