About: Fort Lauderdale Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa is seeking a diligent and skilled Baker to join their team. The resort maintains high standards in food preparation, focusing on quality and presentation, in a professional and safety-conscious environment. The role involves preparing a variety of baked goods daily, adhering to recipes and production sheets, and ensuring compliance with food safety protocols and kitchen maintenance. The Baker will also support in managing kitchen inventory and contributing to the development of daily specials.
Requirements: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree; At least 2 years of related work experience
