Position: Pastry Cook
About: Moody Gardens, a division of Hotel Food & Beverage, is seeking a Baker to join the Kitchen team. The Baker will be responsible for preparing, producing, and baking bread, rolls, and breakfast pastries according to standard recipes to ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to obtain government-required licenses or certificates; must obtain TABC & Food Handlers certification; reliable and responsible; ability to read, listen, and communicate in English; basic math skills; knowledge of baking standard recipes and sanitation standards
