Position: Pastry Chef Tournant-Dominique Ansel Bakery (Caesars Palace LV)
About: Caesars Palace, a world-renowned resort with 25 unique restaurants and cafes, over 3,000 rooms, 4.5 acres of pools and gardens, and a 50,000 square foot spa, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Pastry Chef Tournant to join their team. This position plays a crucial role in supervising and guiding bake shop employees and ensuring the shop’s operations run smoothly in the absence of the Executive Chef.
Requirements: Work requires a minimum of five years baking experience (must include exposure to all facets of the field, i.e., breads, candy, chocolates, pastry, and cakes); work requires a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience; work requires ability to work from a standing position for extended periods of time; work requires a neat appearance with good personal hygiene; work requires effective communication in English, both verbal and written form in a professional manner.
