Position: Pastry Chef – PS LAX

Requirements: Minimum 5 years of prior experience as a Pastry Chef; Minimum 2 years of fine dining food service experience; In-depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation, baking techniques, and nutrition; Passionate about culinary and pastry arts with a variety of ingredients and recipes; Able to perform in a fast-paced environment; Precise eye for detail; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Strong multitasking and organizational skills; Physically able to stand and move around for long periods of time; Able to lift upwards of 20-50 pounds comfortably and frequently; Pass a pre-employment drug screening + background check; High school Diploma/GED required; Authorized to work in the United States; Fully open schedule availability for all operations departments, including weekends, holidays, and early morning/late evening shifts
