About: Wayfare Tavern, a classic San Francisco tavern known for serving authentic American cuisine inspired by the city’s culinary history at the turn of the 20th century. They are moving to a new location after 15 years, offering an unparalleled dining experience in a welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements: Culinary school training is a plus; 2-5 years of experience in an upscale casual or fine dining restaurant; strong decision-making and organizational skills; proactive, punctual, and an excellent communicator; ability to lead and mentor a team while upholding the brand and mission; proficient in inventory management; understanding of food and labor costs
