Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area OR 2-year degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management; 2 years experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area. Ability to lead and manage culinary operations effectively, including supervising employees, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations, and providing exceptional customer service. Training experience in safety procedures and ability to manage inventories and budgets effectively.
