Position: Pastry Chef job
About: Create and prepare a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods for guests, following recipes and high-quality standards. Collaborate with the team to plan menus and special events. Manage inventory, train junior pastry chefs, and maintain a clean work station. Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-end setting; Culinary degree or equivalent certification in pastry arts; Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients; Ability to create visually appealing pastries; Excellent time management and organizational skills; Positive attitude and strong communication skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
