Requirements: At least 4 years of previous pastry/baking experience in a high-volume operation; undergraduate degree in Baking or Culinary Arts preferred; ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment; must understand and follow instructions in English, with Spanish proficiency as a plus; Food Handler Certified required; Food Manager Certification a plus; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
