Position: PASTRY CHEF job

About: Thompson, a luxury hotel, is seeking an individual to join their team who is passionate about creating unique experiences and exceptional hotel service. This individual will manage daily pastry operations, exhibit creative baking talents, and lead a team to prepare quality pastries in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, creativity, and a commitment to guest and employee satisfaction at all times.

Requirements: A high school diploma or GED; 3 years of previous culinary experience required, preferably in a hotel setting; ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays; physical stamina to stand for long periods; refined verbal communication skills; a 2-year degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 4 years of culinary experience; or 6 years of experience in culinary, food and beverage, or a related professional area.
