About: Anthony Scotto Restaurants is currently seeking a Pastry Chef for one of their Fine Dining restaurants. The culinary teams at Anthony Scotto Restaurants focus on using the finest quality ingredients and updating menus to reflect seasonal flavors, offering a diverse menu that includes steakhouse cuisine, sushi, sashimi, exotic beef cuts, composed dishes, and fresh seafood from around the world. The pastry chefs in-house create creative homemade desserts to complement the dining experience.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts; Food Protection Certificate; Minimum 3 years of culinary experience in a fine dining restaurant; Ability to manage an entire kitchen; Budgeting skills; Excellent food preparation abilities; Strong multitasking skills; Deep knowledge of fine dining and industry trends; Impeccable time management; Creative menu knowledge and development skills
