Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 5 years baking experience and graduate from a culinary school; 5 years culinary experience in a multi-unit hotel or conference center; 2+ years of Advanced Cake Decorating; Well-versed in plated desserts, artisan goods, etc.; Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and menu planning; Previous experience supervising a staff of 5 or more employees; Ability to work flexible hours and communicate effectively
