Requirements: Thorough understanding of pastry fundamentals; Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume environment while maintaining quality, detail, and composure; Strong time management skills and punctuality; Minimum one year of experience in the pastry kitchen; Ability to communicate clearly in English; Knowledge of standard kitchen machinery, tools, and equipment; Serve safe certified; Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with a team; Genuine passion for providing high-quality goods and hospitality; Knowledge of food service regulations and proper food handling procedures; Excellent customer service and organizational skills; Professional appearance and adherence to company standards; Strong desire for personal and professional growth; Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; Flexible schedule to work 30+ hours per week, including mornings, nights, and weekends
