Position: Pastry Chef I
About: Responsible for baked goods for outlets. Help with banquet productions and weekly brunches. Keep up pars. Ensure all production is ready in a timely manner with regards to quality.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-3 years’ experience in bakery production; general understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures; basic cake decorating skills; basic math skills to produce correct sized batches; ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
