Requirements: Minimum: Completion of a degree or certificate in culinary arts, plus 5+ years of experience as a chef, pastry chef, baker or equivalent; or equivalent combination of education and culinary/kitchen operations experience with specialized training in pastry. Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds, stand and move about the kitchen, handle food and utensils, bend, stoop, kneel. Excellent communication, reading, writing, mathematical, problem-solving, reasoning, and organizational skills. Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit as required. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
