Position: Pastry Chef – Associate

Requirements: Ability to work in a diverse team environment; Strict adherence to NYC Sanitation Code policies; Strong work ethic, team player, and customer-focused approach; Preparation of food to guest specifications in a timely manner; Production of a variety of high-quality dishes following approved recipes and specifications accurately and timely; Thorough working knowledge of recipes, ingredients, allergens, and food presentation; Ensuring food quality, quantity, freshness, and presentation meet JPMC standards; Maintaining a clean, neat, and organized work area; Experience with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures; Utilization of the computer system to read all orders; Ability to work in different outlets as per business demands
