Position: Pastry Associate/ Chef
About: The company is in the Food and Beverage Kitchen department and the role reports to the Pastry Chef, Executive Chef, or another Department Manager or Director. The position involves preparing a wide variety of goods following traditional and modern recipes for a diverse range of functions within the facility.
Requirements: Certificate in culinary arts, pastry-making, baking, or relevant field; 2-3 years of experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience; ability to create quality wedding cakes is an asset; working knowledge of sugar work and chocolate skills is an asset.
