About: The Ritz-Carlton Hotel is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Lead Pastry Chef to oversee the bake shop operations and ensure quality standards are met for all pastry items. The Lead Pastry Chef plays a vital role in maintaining the bake shop according to health and hotel standards, while also creating special showpieces for presentation.
Requirements: Minimum of 6 years baking experience with expertise in various pastry categories such as breads, candy, chocolates, and cakes; 4 years of supervisory experience; ability to work standing for extended periods; excellent English communication skills; strong attention to detail and personal hygiene standards
