Position: Part Time Sales Associate and Cashier
About: The Thrift Store Sales Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth by accurately handling cash transactions and supporting the day-to-day operations of the Thrift Store. They engage customers, price merchandise, resolve complaints, and provide exceptional service while maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Additionally, they assist with store advertising, train staff, and communicate issues to the Store Manager.
Requirements: Associate degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree highly preferred in a related field; at least two years of retail/store management experience; knowledge of city ordinances and compliance; strong workforce management skills
