About: Seattle Culinary Academy at Seattle Central College is seeking a dedicated Chef/Instructor to join their team. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or at least two years of related training at an accredited institution; a minimum of 5 years of practical culinary experience, including 2 years in a leadership or teaching role; knowledge in sanitation, safe food-handling practices, nutrition, and HACCP; ability to fulfill Washington State and Seattle Colleges District certification requirements; experience working in a diverse academic environment; sensitivity to the needs of a varied student population; appreciation for industry collaboration and committee work
