Position: Part-Time Faculty – Culinary Chef Instructor

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in culinary arts and pastry/baking required; King County Food Handlers Card required; recommended MAST Card; at least three years of experience in the field/trade; education and/or training in the field and/or teaching in the field; knowledge of food safety and sanitation; ability to work well with others; ability to work with a widely diverse student community; knowledge of culinary arts cooking, pastry, and baking techniques; ability to collaborate with fellow faculty and administrators
