Requirements: High School Diploma; 0-6 months of progressive work experience in Building and Grounds; Knowledge of materials, supplies, equipment, and methods of cleaning and maintenance; Able to work 80 hours per month on an agreed-upon schedule between 7:00 am and 12:00 pm; Must be able to occasionally lift 50 lbs
