Position: Part-time Cuisine Professor – McClaskey Culinary Institute– Continuous Pool
About: McClaskey Culinary Institute at Clark College is seeking a part-time Professor to teach various face-to-face Cuisine short courses, including summer teaching and hybrid course formats.
Requirements: Washington State Food Handler’s card; Culinary degree OR equivalent industry experience; Experience in mentoring, training, or teaching; ServSafe OR ACF Certification OR the ability to obtain certification within 12 months; Ability to work well as a member of a team; Ability to work well with people of all ages from academically, culturally, and socioeconomically diverse backgrounds
