Position: Part time Concierge
About: Harmony Senior Services is seeking a concierge/receptionist to perform administrative support duties including greeting visitors, answering calls, and monitoring security systems. The role involves filing, copying, and ensuring a clean and welcoming lobby area.
Requirements: Must possess a high school diploma or GED; must have experience in Administration functions; must be organized and able to work well with others; must be polite and considerate to residents, visitors, and colleagues; must have effective communication skills; must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays; must attend all required in-services and staff meetings
