About: WestBridge, a family-founded non-profit organization based in Manchester, NH, specializes in providing evidence-based integrated treatment for individuals and families living with mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders. They create a healing atmosphere and comprehensive support system for dually diagnosed men over 18 and their families, offering hope and effective recovery programs.
Requirements: Associates Degree or Equivalent in Culinary Arts and experience working with and preparing high-quality food; Valid ServSafe Certification; Active CPR, First Aid and AED certification required; Active Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) Certification required or a plan for timely completion (Training provided); Knowledge of state and federal confidentiality rules; Knowledge of local, state, and federal program administration regulations; Understanding and ability to work with residents; Demonstrates professional conduct, boundaries, and ethical behavior; Valid driver’s license and appropriate vehicle insurance (liability limits of at least $100,000 bodily injury per person / $300,000 bodily injury per accident / $100,000 property damage); Must be 21 years or older to operate a motor vehicle for WestBridge; Satisfactory Criminal Background Screening results; Satisfactory Motor Vehicle Records results
