Position: Parking garage attendant/concierge – Hilton Garage, Knoxville
About: Towne Park is seeking a Concierge to provide services for hospital employees, patients, guests, and visitors in a prompt and professional manner, offering personal assistance and running errands.
Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); A valid driver’s license and clean driving record; Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a criminal background and drug screen; One to three months related experience and/or training; Knowledge of the principles of providing customer services; Must be able to drive manual transmission and perform parallel parking; Must have a personal vehicle that can be used to complete customer’s errands; Ability to read and write Standard English language; Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos; Ability to write simple correspondence; Ability to effectively present information to guests and clients; Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide with American money; Ability to operate a variety of vehicles including customer’s vehicles.
