Requirements: Passion for culinary excellence and service; knowledge and ability to develop methods and execute team concepts; able to delegate daily production to kitchen staff and monitor follow through; ability to maintain a safe and sanitary work environment; solid work history; hours are 11am-7:30pm; must work some weekends and holidays
