Position: Packing Technician

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience working with rail loading and loading tractor trailers; demonstrated knowledge and ability to adhere to all plant safety policies; proven leadership skills with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities; capable of operating process computers and software; physically capable of performing essential functions of the position; self-starter with sound judgment and a positive attitude; skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite and specified software for data analysis to improve plant operations continuously; able to fulfill responsibilities associated with a 24/7 plant operation; must pass pre-employment screening including a physical, background check, and drug screen
