Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; experience in Hospitality preferred (hotels and resorts, private luxury clubs, travel management, etc.); strong customer service skills including making people feel cared for and supported under pressure; exceptional interpersonal and self-awareness skills; proficient with communication technology and quick learner of new software; excellent written and verbal communication skills; enthusiasm for creating inclusive and respectful workplaces; strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to work with a team; ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for the duration of a shift, and work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
