Requirements: Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably in a luxury setting; Flexible overnight schedule required, including weekends and holidays; Excellent communication and organization skills; Ability to work in a high-paced and dynamic operation; Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills; Maintain a clean and healthy personal hygiene and grooming; Work in a safe, prudent, and organized manner; Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; Deliver excellent customer service and handle guest requests thoroughly.
