Requirements: Education; High School diploma or equivalent required, BA/BS degree preferred; Training requirements; CPR, Certified Pool Operator preferred; Knowledge and skills; Strong leadership ability, customer service orientation, budget management, knowledge of applicable codes and regulations, property management experience; Technical Skills; PC skills, Microsoft Office proficiency; Job experience; Three to five years of property vacation ownership/hotel management experience, Three years of supervisory experience.
