Position: Overnight Concierge

Now hiring for the position of Front Desk/Concierge with a schedule of 11pm to 7am on Wednesday and Thursday nights. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED), be CPR Certified, and have at least 1 year of related work experience. A Front Desk/Concierge is responsible for meeting and greeting residents and visitors while handling a variety of clerical duties like greeting and assisting residents and visitors, managing the front desk sign-in and sign-out process, handling incoming phone calls, informing residents or staff of guest arrivals, packages, and deliveries, and accommodating residents’ requests for assistance by referring to other staff as necessary.
