Position: Overnight bread baker
About: The Fifty/50 Restaurant Group is seeking a dedicated Bread Baker to join their team, responsible for baking a variety of unique and standard breads for retail and wholesale distribution, including laminated products and specialty items. The position offers ample creative freedom within daily production schedules and a dynamic team environment.
Requirements: At least 18 years old; Have a minimum of 2-3 years bread baking experience; Culinary degree not required but preferred; Ability to work early morning, afternoon, and overnight shifts; Ability to work a consistent schedule of at least 4 days per week
