Position: Over Night House Manager
About: House Manager Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, upbeat, and professional manner. Check guests in and out using our proprietary iOS (Apple) application. Answer and screen phone calls on our iOS (Apple) devices. Maintain and own the vibe and ambiance in the Lobby and Public Areas, including ensuring that music and lighting are appropriate for the time of day. Respond to and delegate various guest tasks and requests to other members of the property team, including Engineers and Housekeepers. Ensure uniforms and personal appearance are clean and professional. Maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets. Maintain excellent customer service skills and a courteous phone manner.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; strong customer service skills; experience in hospitality or property management preferred; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively; attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
