Position: Orlando Multi Unit Executive Chef
About: Alexandria Restaurant Partners, a hospitality group with 11 restaurants in Florida, Northern Virginia, and Washington DC, is seeking a dedicated Back of House Leader to maintain quality standards, operating systems, and culture within the organization. This role involves overseeing kitchen operations, developing new menu items, and upholding the values and mission of ARP.
Requirements: Minimum 2 to 5 years of direct kitchen management experience at high volume or multi-unit establishments; high-level organizational skills with attention to detail; proficiency in Microsoft platforms and computer operations; self-motivated with a results-driven and profit-oriented mindset; experience in P&L management, budgeting, and menu development; strong interpersonal skills and ability to speak English, with Spanish language proficiency as a plus; ability to work 10-hour plus shifts and handle physical demands of the kitchen environment
