Position: ORD – Chicago, IL – Food Service Employees (ORD)
About: The airline catering company is seeking Food Service employees to prepare meals according to airline specifications by slicing, chopping, wrapping, assembling, and packing dishes and meals, as well as loading airline catering carts with food trays.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; ability to prepare food items according to standard recipes and production orders; proficiency in determining production time requirements and quantities; knowledge of safe food handling guidelines; fluency in English; experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment; skill in using knives and kitchen equipment; adherence to work regulations, safety, and hygiene standards; flexibility to adapt to changing priorities; physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for shifts of 8+ hours; good organizational skills; ability to follow customer specifications and paperwork in English; capability to handle dry ice
