Requirements: Culinary degree or cooking certification preferred; at least 1 year of experience in high-volume institutional catering; understanding of basic cooking techniques; knowledge and use of different cutting techniques; ability to follow instructions; proficiency in handling cooking tools; knowledge of food hygiene standards and HACCP Compliance; fluent in English; ability to lift and push 50+ lbs; able to stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during 8+ hour shifts; flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities; compliance with work rules and regulations; willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime; wear Personal Protective Equipment; pass a criminal background check and drug screening
