Position: ORD – Chicago, IL – Beverage Assembly (ORD)
About: Join our team in providing food and beverage services for domestic and international flights. We are looking for detail-oriented individuals to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with safety standards.
Requirements: Culinary degree or cooking certification preferred; at least 2 years of experience cooking in a high volume institutional catering environment preferred; ability to understand and complete recipes; excellent ability to use cutlery, small wares, and equipment; understanding and ability to demonstrate various cooking techniques; understanding of HACCP specifications and compliance; strong organizational skills; ability to speak, read and understand English; comply with all work rules and regulations; must be able to use fingers/hands to handle the equipment; must be able to use specified measurements and temperatures; must be able to lift and push 50+ lbs; must be able to stand, bend, lift and move intermittently during the shift of 8+ hours; must be flexible and able to react to changing priorities; work assigned schedule which may include nights, weekends, and holidays; work overtime when required; wear Personal Protective Equipment as required; pass a criminal background check and drug screen
