Position: Operations Supervisor

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 3 years supervisory experience in high volume restaurant/music hall environment; flexible schedule; knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Point of Sales system, preferably MICROS; familiarity with state, federal, and local liquor laws and health code regulations; skilled in decision making, leadership, guest relations, interpersonal communications, organization, team building, time management, and staff management; ability to motivate staff, problem solve, lead, delegate, follow up, handle volatile situations with tact and confidence
