Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work; Ten to twelve years of related experience with significant management experience in the human services industry; self-motivated and detail-oriented with ability to multi-task; excellent communication and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to motivate a team and drive results to meet goals; strong leadership skills with an ability to influence others and drive change; strong identification with the Company’s mission and commitment to the people served and the services provided.
