Position: Operations/Manufacturing Manager
About: AvtechTyee, a leader in the design, development, and manufacture of electronic systems and structural parts for the aerospace industry, is seeking a Manager of Manufacturing for the Structures & Struts team. AvtechTyee’s products serve 450 customers in 49 countries across various aircraft types in the air transport, regional commuter, and business jet sectors. The company specializes in manufacturing a wide range of rod assemblies and aerospace electronics, offering custom design and manufacturing solutions.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering preferred); 5+ years of successful management experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the aerospace industry; Previous experience in team building and leadership; Demonstrated success in achieving budgetary and revenue targets; Analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Strong decision-making ability
