Position: Operations Manager – Mid-Shift
About: Courtyard Fort Lauderdale Airport & Cruise Port is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team. This position involves overseeing the smooth operation of hotel departments, including Front Office, Business Center, Recreation/Health Club, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage/Culinary, and Engineering/Maintenance. The role focuses on improving guest and employee satisfaction and maximizing departmental financial performance while ensuring standards and procedures are met.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area; OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area
