Position: Operations Manager – Loveland Living Planet Aquarium
About: Vermilion Hospitality Group, located in Draper, UT, is a food and beverage company affiliated with the Arizona Cardinals, providing top-tier service and management to stadiums, sports venues, cultural attractions, and music venues nationwide. The Loveland Living Planet Aquarium, a unique event venue in Utah, is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to exploring Earth’s Ecosystems, featuring the Living Planet Café and hosting various corporate and private events.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-3 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field, banquet experience a plus; strong leadership and management skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously; knowledge of restaurant operations including inventory management, food safety, and customer service; familiarity with restaurant software and POS systems; ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays; efficient in Microsoft Office
