Position: Operations Manager -Front Office
About: Hyatt Place Pasadena is currently seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the front desk operation, staff training, and guest services. The Operations Manager will report directly to the Hotel General Manager.
Requirements: 1-2 years supervisory experience in a Hotel or other customer relations position is required; Requires supervision/management skills; Experience with Hyatt brand is a plus; Ability to communicate in English; Ability to handle cash and credit transactions; Excellent organization and time management skills; Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and other computer programs.
