Position: Operations Manager – DUKE University

Proof S&E is the exclusive food & beverage provider for DUKE athletics and the daily Athlete Dining area. We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead the hospitality food & beverage operations at DUKE University including suites and clubs during game-day, catering events, and the daily student athlete Training Table.
Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role; Ability to lead and manage a team of event staff; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures; Ability to manage labor to meet financial goals; Proficient in Microsoft Office and catering management software; Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; Comfortable with onsite work in Raleigh, NC
