Position: Operations Manager (Contract-to-Hire)

About: A landscaping company is seeking a diligent and organized Field Operations Manager to oversee crews, equipment, and materials effectively to meet production targets while ensuring safety and budget adherence. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior supervisory experience in commercial landscaping or related field strongly preferred; strong knowledge of trees, shrubs, and horticulture practices; familiarity with plant diseases and pest management; excellent communication skills; mechanical aptitude beneficial; proficiency in computer systems and scheduling tools; valid driver’s license with good driving record; ability to work independently and collaboratively; keen attention to detail and effective decision-making skills; exceptional organizational and time management abilities
